The BBC’s public service remit means that as an organisation we have a commitment to deliver value for every household in the UK. This applies as much to what is seen as to what is heard – and who is seen and heard. This report sets out our plans to make sure more people in the UK are seen and heard, and their value recognised and refected. Across all our services we’ve made important diversity commitments. We’re collaborating across the industry, fnding new ways of working with our suppliers, and BBC television and radio have both pledged signifcant resource to the creation of more representative content for our audiences.
