BOOKING INFORMATION THEATRE ROYAL FRIENDS The Theatre Royal accepts bookings in person, by phone or online. CORPORATE FRIENDS BOX OFFICE OPENING HOURS: Monday to Friday: 10am – 4pm (10am – 8pm on performance days) Saturday: 12pm – 4pm (to 8pm on performance days) Sundays & Bank Holidays: Box Office opens one hour before the performance for ticket collection. CONCESSIONS Concessions for OAP’s, Students, Unwaged, and Children are available for some productions. The availability, amount discounted, and production applicable to is decided on by each individual producer and not the Theatre Royal. I.D. for all concessions will be requested at time of booking or at time of collection. WIT students are entitled to a special WIT price on most shows on presentation of their card. DISCOUNTS FOR GROUPS Group bookings are available for shows at the Theatre Royal. Contact the Box Office for further information. Groups of 10 or more are entitled to at least 10% discount, depending on the production. ACCESS The Theatre Royal is an accessible venue with ramp access, loop induction, wheelchair seats and adapted toilets. We would ask wheelchair users to book directly with the box office rather than online to ensure that we accommodate you appropriately. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. REFUND POLICY A refund can be made no later than close of business, 4pm, on the day before the event. A refund will be made in the form of credit for Theatre Royal events. No refund can be issued on the day of the event or following an event.
