HONOURED SIR, I submit that Sri Gaddam Vijaya Ganesh Babu, S/o Vishnu Murthy, 55 years, Sub- Treasury Officer, Gannavaram, Krishna District is native of Pulla Village of Bhimadole Mandal, West Godavari District. He joined in Government Service on 1O;42.1993 as Junior Accountant and rose up to the cadre of Sub-Treasury Officer and presently working as STO., Gannavaram, Krishna District since 2014. He worked in West Godavari District and recently transferred to Krishna District. He is reputed to be corrupt. Basing on his ill reputation, confidential enquiries have been caused and learnt that he amassed wealth by other than legal means in the shape of immovable and movable assets in his name, in the name of his wife and nearest relatives. Here in after Sri Gaddam Vijaya Ganesh Babu will be referred as Suspect Officer (SO). The Suspect Officer hails from a middle class family. His father Sri Vishnu Murthy worked as Sub-Treasury Officer and native of Pulla (v), Bhimadole(M),West Godavari District. The suspect Officer did not inherit any immovable and movable properties from his parents. The S.O. married Smt. Jamuna Rani D/o Kamireddy Ganga Raju of Tadepalligudem, she did not inherit any immovable and movable properties from her parents, and she is a housewife. The SO has one Daughter and one Son. Daughter Kum. Gaddam Vishnu Tulasi is studying MBBS in China and Son SriVishnu Murthy is doing his MS in USA. The SO has one brother i.e. Gaddam Mehar Kumar is working as Civil Assistant Surgeon (Anaesthesia), Govt. Victoria Hospital, (Gosha Hospifal), Sri kanaka Maha Lakshmi Temple Road, Visakhapatnam. The S.O. is not resourceful enough to acquire the immovable assets standing in his name and in the name of his wife. Further enquiries revealed that S.O. is in possession of immovable and movable assets in the shape of lands, house sites and vehicles. WHO reports that approximately 36% of urban and 65% of rural Indian were without access to safe drinking water. It must be noted that a regular chemical analysis must be done to ensure that the quality of water in this area is not contaminated. Ground Water quality plays an important role in groundwater protection and quality conservation; hence it is very much important to assess the groundwater quality not only for its present use but also a potential source of water for future consumption. Ground water is highly valuable source of water because of its unique properties which may not be possessed by surface water. The chemical quality tests may be difficult to interpret the groundwater quality for the whole region. Therefore, the quality tests results of groundwater can be represented by a variety of graphic techniques developed to display and detect the major chemical constituents. The contour maps are also useful to show the isograms of equally chemical, biological contaminants concentrations with physical parameters. Contour maps are extremely useful for various research areas. This technique could give a more regular gradient of the groundwater table than other methods.
