Form of the competition: Baltic Cup - individual, total results after 3 stages

E1 – Fri 17.08.2018 – Baltic Cup Stage 1 – 15:00 middle E2 – Sat 18.08.2018 – Baltic Cup Stage 2 – 10:00 long E3 – Sun 19.08.2018 – Baltic Cup Stage 3 – 10:00 long (shortened to 70%)
Terrain description: Terrain with many contour features, mostly good and very good runability. Very good net of roads and paths. There are some areas with dense vegatation. The difference of hills up to 15 meters. There are some marshes in the terrain.

Popularizing : Free start from 00 to 90 minutes 10N – marked route 10R – marked route, parents with children OPEN 1 – 2,5 km – 3,5 km – easy, for beginners OPEN 2 – 4,5 km – 5,5 km – medium In case of few entries classes will be combined.
Payments and the date of notification:

Entry will be accepted through the application form available on a website of the Polish Orienteering Federation: http://www.zielonysport.pl/ In the application you should pass all required data: the name, the surname, the club, the year of birth, the class, the no. of the SI card. Changes and supplements of data inclusive SI card will be accepted until 03.08.2018. After 03.08.2018 all competitors without given number of the SI card will start with organizer allotted cards. No further changes will be possible (change of no. of SI card after 03.08.2018 – 10,00 PLN) In case of problems with the application form, please send entry to: [email protected] There is possibility to start only in the chosen day - payment 35,00 PLN/day. Please pass such information in the application. Each day of the competition there will be possibility entry only in class 10N, 10R (payment 15,00 PLN/day) and in OPEN1, OPEN2 (payment 40,00 PLN/day) Lending the SI Card- 3,00 PLN/day Payment for losing the lented SI Card – 120,00 PLN The entry fee must be transferred into the account of the organizer:

There will be possibility to pay in cash in the Office.
Punching System: Sport Ident punching system will be used.
Room and board : Information about the possibility of lodging is on a website of the competition under the link Accommodation. Food: in the center of the competition a buffet and a grill provided for competitors and visitors.
Remarks: An organizer provides the medical care during each stage.
