From 2010 to 2015 she was a Ramon y Cajal researcher at the Department of Prehistory, Archaeology and Ancient History (Universitat de Vale`ncia), where currently she is a Ph.D. researcher integrated in the PREMEDOC Research Group. She specializes in socioecological dynamics during the recent Prehistory in the Western Mediterranean. Her research interests include the Mesolithic, Neolithic transition, cultural transmission, lithic technology, the emergence of social hierar- chies, Mesolithic and Neolithic funerary practices and 3D Archaeology. She has directed archaeological fieldworks in the Mediterranean basin of Iberia, including at Falguera Rock Shelter, Pastora Cave and at Cocina Cave. Currently she heads the EVOLPAST Research Project funded by the Government of Spain. Domingo C. Salazar-Garcı´a (born Valencia, 1981; Ph.D. Leipzig-Valencia, 2012) is a biomolecular archaeologist whose research focuses on the reconstruction of lifestyles from prehistoric and early historic time periods. Especially interested in the transition to farming, he is working mainly on projects in the Mediterranean, South America and Southern Africa. He tracks human diet, health and migration through biogeochemical (isotope and proteomic analysis) and microscopic tech- niques on a range of human tissues (bone, teeth, hair, dental calculus).
