Com o nosso sangue, comemoram mais uma vez o Descobrimento" Discurso do índio pataxó, Jerry Adriani Santos de Jesus, Matalauê, em protesto na missa dos 500 anos de descobrimento do Brasil, celebrada pela CNBB, em Porto Seguro – BA. 8 RESUMO Esta dissertação de mestrado é resultado de uma pesquisa sobre os povos indígenas do Oiapoque que vivem na fronteira do Brasil com a Guiana Francesa, no Estado do Amapá (Karipuna, Galibi Kalina, Galibi Marworno e Palikur). Todas essas sociedades e grupos indígenas habitam em 40 aldeias e localidades adjacentes às Terras Indígenas Uaçá, Galibi e Juminã. Esse território configura uma área contínua de terras cortada a oeste pela BR-156, que liga Macapá ao município de Oiapoque. Em linhas gerais, este trabalho tem por objeto de estudo identificar quais as principais políticas públicas destinadas e acessadas pela comunidade indígena da região, de que forma esses benefícios sociais são adquiridos, se por meio de legislação específica que norteia os direitos indígenas ou através de direitos sociais genéricos, juntamente com agricultores, ribeirinhos, imigrantes, pescadores e garimpeiros. Neste contexto, interessa-nos investigar como as políticas públicas voltadas para a saúde, educação, ambiente, território e renda influenciam na qualidade e no modo de vida dos indígenas de Oiapoque. Se voltará o olhar para a realidade da Guiana Francesa, fazendo o contraste necessário à construção de uma nova visão, considerando que os povos indígenas do planalto das Guianas há séculos possuem um intercâmbio geral constante que influencia em sua formatação de identidade. Esta dissertação também é uma tentativa de dimensionar que entre a burocracia e a realidade, os grupos sociais indígenas do Oiapoque se utilizam de uma metodologia própria (jeitinho brasileiro) de resolver problemas práticos que os atingem, oscilando entre o discurso indigenistas e a triste realidade amazônica. Portanto, este trabalho também é resultado de uma pesquisa onde tentou-se mapear os benefícios sociais e principalmente as ausências de direitos essenciais de um grupo social que cada vez mais o Estado brasileiro insiste em fazê-lo parecer como “normais”. Palavras-Chave: Povos Indígenas do Oiapoque, Políticas Publicas, Benefícios Sociais. 9 ABSTRACT This dissertation is the result of research on indigenous peoples living in the Oiapoque Brazil's border with French Guiana, Amapá State (Karipuna, Galibi Kalina, and Galibi Marworno Palikur). All these companies and indigenous groups living in 36 villages and towns adjacent to the Indigenous Land Uaçá, and Galibi Juminã. This area sets a continuous area of land to the west cut the BR-156, which connects the city of Macapa Oiapoque. In general, this work is the object of study identify the main public policies and accessed by the indigenous community of the region, how these benefits are acquired, through specific legislation which governs the rights and indigenous rights through social generic, along with farmers, riparian, immigrants, fishermen and miners. In this context, we are interested in investigating how the public policies for health, education, environment, territory and income influence the quality and way of life of indigenous Oiapoque. If you look back to the reality of French Guiana, making the necessary contrast to the construction of a new vision, considering that the indigenous peoples of Guyana highlands for centuries have a general exchange constant influence in their formatting of identity. This dissertation is also an attempt to scale that between bureaucracy and reality, social groups, indigenous Oiapoque make use of its own methodology (Brazilian way) to solve practical problems that affect them, ranging from the speech and the sad reality indigenous Amazon. Therefore, this work is the result of an ethnographic research, where we try to map the social benefits and especially the absence of essential rights of a social group that increasingly the Brazilian government insists on making him look like "normal". In this region, defined roughly as the area of the Amazon and Orinoco basins, the diversity of languages is immense, with some 300 indigenous languages corresponding to over 50 distinct ‘genealogical’ units (see Rodrigues 2000) – language families or language isolates for which no relationship to any other has yet been conclusively demonstrated; as distinct, for example, as Japanese and Spanish, or German and Basque (see section 12 below). Yet our knowledge of these languages has long been minimal, so much so that the region was described only a decade ago as a “linguistic black box" (Grinevald 1998:127).

We have studied 506 Amerindians from three French Guiana groups: 194 Wayampi, living in Trois-Sauts, and 100 in the Camopi area; 47 Emerillon also living in the Camopi area and 165 Wayana on the Litani and Maroni rivers. All samples were tested for Glm(1,2,3,17), G3m(5,6,10,11,13,14,15,16,21,24,28) and Km(1) by the classical method of hemaglutination inhibition. The phenotype and haplotype distributions are presented and have been subjected to factorial correspondence analysis. Two Gm haplotypes are common: Gm1*37;21,28,and Gm1,2,17;21,28,but with an important variation in frequency. A rare haplotype, probably the result of a genetic anomaly: Gm1,17;21R>28,is frequent in the Emerillon (17%). These populations show no evidence of Black or Caucasian admixtures. 1. Introduction The allotypic markers of human immunoglobulins (Ig) are inherited differences located on the heavy chains of IgG (Gm), IgA (Am), IgE (Em) and light chain Kappa (Km). Globally, Indigenous peoples may experience a different burden of ARI compared to non-Indigenous peoples. This protocol outlines our process for conducting a systematic review to investigate whether associations between ARI and seasonal or meteorological parameters differ between Indigenous and non-Indigenous groups residing in the same geographical region. Methodology: AsearchstringwillbeusedtosearchPubMed®, CAB Abstracts/CAB Direct©, and Science Citation Index® aggregator databases. Articles will be screened using inclusion/exclusion criteria applied first at the title and abstract level, and then at the full article level by two independent reviewers. Articles maintained after full article screening will undergo risk of bias assessment and data will be extracted. Heterogeneity tests, meta-analysis, and forest and funnel plots will be used to synthesize the results of eligible studies. Discussion and registration: This protocol paper describes our systematic review methods to identify and analyze relevant ARI, season, and meteorological literature with robust reporting. The results are intended to improve our understanding of potential associations between seasonal and meteorological parameters and ARI and, if identified, whether this association varies by place, population, or other characteristics.

Classificação e esboço tipológico Wolf Dietrich Famílias linguísticas e troncos linguísticos O que se chama “tupi” na tradição brasileira a partir do século XIX corres- ponde a uma realidade linguística complexa. O tupinambá, em que se baseiam as línguas gerais da época colonial, a língua brasílica, a língua geral paulista e a língua geral amazônica, extinto desde a primeira metade do século XVIII (cf. Rodrigues, 1996: 57), foi uma das línguas da grande família linguística tupi-guarani. Essa se chama tupi-guarani, nas classificações dos especialistas, porque o tupi(nambá) e o guarani foram as primeiras línguas documentadas da família e assim serviram como definição. Para a definição do conceito de “família linguística”, sejam citadas as palavras de Aryon Rodrigues: As línguas do mundo são classificadas em famílias segundo o critério genético. De acordo com esse critério, uma família linguística é um grupo de línguas para as quais se formula a hipótese de que têm uma origem comum, no sentido de que todas as línguas da família são manifestações diversas, al- teradas no correr do tempo, de uma só língua anterior. As línguas românicas ou neolatinas – português, espanhol, catalão, francês, romanche, italiano, romeno – constituem uma família, cujos membros derivam de uma língua ancestral bem conhecida historicamente – o latim.
