Paragraph D.1 of Article V is hereby amended to read as follows by deleting the provisions with a line through it and adding the following underlined provisions:

1. Except as otherwiseprovided in this paragraph and except as provided in subparagraph 2, the term of office of a member of the Board of Governors shall be four (4) years. The foregoing notwithstanding, if a member should be elected as chair in the member's seventh or eighth year of service, that member shall be eligible for annointment.or election for un to an additional two years of service which term shall end when the member's term as chair ends and such member shall then be eligible to serve for one additional year as an ex officio non-voting member.
