Alla vigilia dell’udienza del Tribunale Civile di Roma, che avrà luogo domani, a cui SIAE ha presentato un ricorso d’urgenza contro il secondary ticketing per tutelare sia i diritti dei propri associati che i consumatori (soprattutto i più giovani), che si ritrovano a pagare anche fino a 10 volte in più i ticket di ingresso sul mercato parallelo, la Società Italiana degli Autori ed Editori in collaborazione con Autori, Artisti e Operatori dello spettacolo ha lanciato una petizione: #noSecondaryTicketing. Il testo della petizione recita: “I concerti rappresentano un’occasione importante non solo per gli artisti che incontrano il loro pubblico ma anche per tutti coloro che lavorano con professionalità e passione alla riuscita dell’evento. Come autori, artisti e operatori dello spettacolo siamo uniti contro chi specula sulla rivendita dei biglietti dei concerti attraverso alcuni siti web di secondary ticketing, una forma di ‘bagarinaggio online’. Il mercato secondario danneggia tutta la filiera, favorendo l’evasione e frenando opportunità di lavoro e di crescita economica nel settore dello spettacolo e della cultura.

    Tappa 3 Seravezza (55 m.) - S. Anna (660 m.) - Stazzema (450 m.) 18,4 km - dislivello in salita: 1500 m. - dislivello in discesa: 1100 m. Successione di sentieri e strade: strade secondarie e mulattiere con segnaletica SAV o CAI. Per questa frazione si sfrutta quasi interamente l’itinerario escursionistico Sentiero Alta Versilia, nato per iniziativa dell’Unione dei Comuni della Versilia. E’ un anello di 50 km che ha come ideale PP e PA Seravezza, e tocca le frazioni montane e collinari tra Seravezza, Stazzema e Pietrasanta. Per realizzarlo, sono state utilizzate per lo più le antiche mulattiere di epoca medievale che collegavano i paesi di mezza costa. In tal senso, è un itinerario escursionistico interessante sotto molti punti di vista: dei paesaggi, dell’archeologia industriale, delle emergenze artistiche e naturalistiche. Il tracciato è segnalato (cartelli e frecce indicano direzioni e tempi) e si percorre in ogni stagione, grazie alla quota non elevata e al fatto che si svolge per lo più nei boschi. Delle 12 tappe del SAV, la nostra frazione del Cammino della Linea Gotica ne sfrutta quattro: a) Seravezza – Capriglia (in parte); b) Capriglia - S. Anna di Stazzema; c) S. Anna di Stazzema - Farnocchia; d) Farnocchia - Stazzema. Il punto di partenza della tappa è in Via Leonetto Amadei, poco prima del grande parcheggio antistante il Palazzo Mediceo. Occorre fare attenzione perché l’imbocco è situato in un stretto passaggio che si apre tra il muro dell’edifico in cui si trova il Ristorante “Il Giardino dei Medici” ed un muretto che delimita un piccolo giardino (l’indicazione del SAV è niente più che una piccola scritta in rosso su tale muretto).
