COMMENTS/INPUT SEARCH SUMMARY 1. This comment on rule and input search has capability of both key word and contents searches for the attached comments. There is also advanced search on the which you give some or all of the specific inputs to get specific search result. Once finished the search you can click “Reset” button to start over a new search. 2. The Basic search: is the default search for the page with the basic search button is highlighted with dark gray color. Down in the text fields you have the opportunity to choose the Rule or notice no., and the default is “All”. But if you need you have the option to choose one of the rule numbers by clicking the dropdown button on the left to see all the available rule or notice number. You have Key word field, where you can put any key word. Then click “Search” button to get the search result. The “Reset” button will help you to start the search all over again. COMMENTS/INPUT SEARCH I just put a key word and get the result from the default basic search using “All”. The result display is anything in the list items that are related with the key word provided on the text box. After getting the result you can go to the text comment and/or the attached PDF contents by clicking “View Comment Icon” which is designated to open the attached PDF comment and read the text comments. COMMENTS/INPUT SEARCH COMMENTS/INPUT SEARCH 3. ADVANCED SEARCH Click the advanced search tab choose the Rule or Notice Number for the comments submitted are in the dropdown, you can choose one and fill the first name, last name, Organization name and give the date range and click search button. In the date you can only give the star date or you can leave both blank. This search gives specific result as per the input you give to the search box. COMMENTS/INPUT SEARCH 4. QUESTION MARK The question mark button right after content search button is a document that can help us how tis search functions. See the red marked button in the picture bellow. 5. EXPORT TO EXCEL After you get the result for the searched item, you can click the button “Export to Excel” above the result display. Then the browser prompts you to save or open it down in the page. Then you can get the spreadsheet result of all the displayed result that includes the PDF link for the attached content of the comments. COMMENTS/INPUT SEARCH .
