Ohne den Hit «Don’t Know Why» von Norah Jones hätte das renommierte Jazz-Label Blue Note Records die Nullerjahre wohl nicht überlebt. Das dazugehörige Album «Come Away With Me», das von Arif Mardin produziert wurde, ging bis heute fast 20 Millionen Mal über die Ladentheke. Dass die Singer-Songwriterin ausser Jazz noch einige andere musikalische Farben in petto hat, hat sie auf weiteren fünf Produktionen und unzähligen Kollaborationen unter Beweis gestellt. Expertin zum Schaffen von Norah Jones in der Jazz Collection ist die Sängerin Gabriela Krapf.
