The site boundary is well defined by the existing railings and a fenceline to the neighbouring Red Castle development. Darlington Thornaby The site is bound by Stockton to Darlington Railway to the South West, with Allens West Train Station located further South to provided improved transport links. Durham Lane forms the Eastern boundary of the site and with Ingleby Barwick the site entrance utilising the existing roundabout opposite Eaglescliffe Chaldron Way with a proposed 2nd entrance further North. Yarm lies to the South of Eaglescliffe, with Ingleby Barwick and Thornaby to the East and Stockton on Tees to the North. The A19 which (6 miles from site) runs North/South with Newcas- tle approximately 65km North and York 75km South.
