Saturday, April 13Th the Stella Hotel & Ballroom 2019 Saturday, April 13th The Stella Hotel & Ballroom Dear Parents, Families and Friends of All Saints Catholic School, Thank you so much for joining us for our signature event, The 8th Annual ASCS Gala! Tonight we join together to celebrate our treasured Catholic School, with all of the proceeds going directly toward the ongoing vitality of ASCS – educating our students for generations to come. It is a true blessing to be part of such a growing, caring, and welcoming Catholic family. Just this year alone, we have benefited tremendously from the generosity of our parents, families, and students. This generosity has allowed us to update technology with forty new Chromebooks, twelve new document cameras, ten new laptops, and SMARTboard equipment. Along with the technological improvements that you and your children will begin to see, there will also be physical improvements to the facilities such as the addition of water bottle fillers on all of the floors at South and an additional bottle filler to the main hallway at North. These campus enhancements are a direct result of generous contributions from our families and friends through our fundraisers and Home & School. Often we speak of our treasures and tonight we honor all of YOU, who so generously support All Saints Catholic School. We would not be able to sustain this school and spread the Catholic faith without every single one of you in this room, those in our school, and those in our community. Thank you!!! With that being said, our needs are great, and the money falls short of what is truly needed to run this gem of a Catholic School. It costs approximately $5,200 to educate one child here at ASCS. The base cost of one child’s tuition is $4,275 (parishioner rate), leaving us to raise almost $1,000 per child in order to cover the costs of a “Catholic to the Core” education. This makes our event tonight so very important to the success and future of our great school. We cannot do this alone! We need everyone, who is part of the All Saints Family, to come together so we can raise funds to help support ASCS in providing a great Catholic Education. Each day we are grateful that you entrust your children to us and that we have the opportunity to help shape the next generation of compassionate Catholic leaders. We believe strongly in Catholic education and in the programs that we offer at All Saints Catholic School, and we are excited to continue our partnership as we work together to fulfill God’s vision for our students and our school. We would like to thank you in advance for your generous contributions throughout the school year and - especially - this evening which will provide us with the ability to introduce new programs that will directly benefit our children and to continue the improvements of our facilities. With Overwhelming Gratitude, Dan Jorgensen; Co-Principal, Kelly Neu; Co-Principal General Auction Rules Payments will be processed using credit card on file from event registration.
