Introduction: Big Top Waukesha has been working with the City of Waukesha to bring , minor league soccer and community events to Frame Park. • Big Top Waukesha’s ownership group operates successful NWL franchises in 5 markets (Madison, Mequon, Kenosha, Green Bay, Rapids) throughout Wisconsin. Big Top focuses on affordable family entertainment while bringing the best amateur baseball in the country to the communities they operate in. • Franchises have won four of the last five NWL Championships. • Nearly 60 years of combined experience owning and operating teams in the League. • Big Top’s dynamic holdings include the who are the top drawing summer collegiate team in the country who have drawn over 6,000 fans per night for over 10 years straight, the , who average 2,500 fans per night is a stadium that has physical seating for 2,144 fans and Breese Stevens Field in Madison that has been hosting national concerts since 2015 including The Steve Miller Band, Wilco, Darius Rucker, The Avett Brothers and more.

About the Stadium: • Big Top would partner with the City of Waukesha to renovate Frame Park to create a multi-purpose facility with an artificial turf playing surface capable of hosting baseball, soccer, concerts, community events and more. • , Waukesha North and Waukesha South will continue to play their home games at the improved Frame Park, giving them access to one of the top facilities in the state. • The facility would have approximately 2,500 fixed seats with a total capacity of up to 4,000, including berm seating, and hospitality areas, for athletic events. • Design takes into account feedback from previous proposals. • Stadium is 2 stories at its highest point. • Seating is low and close to the playing field to preserve the view of the Fox River and Frame Park. • Proposed façade ties into surrounding structures. • There is no proposal for a towering video board that would be out of place in the park. • Roof structures are a tribute to the Spring House shape and design to tie to the history of Waukesha. • The investment outlined above, combined with Big Top’s track record should act as a catalyst for future economic development in the areas around Frame Park that could include additional housing and commercial investments in the area.

Parking: • Big Top has experience managing parking situations in neighborhoods throughout the state. • Big Top Waukesha has identified more than 800 off street parking spots in the neighborhood that could potentially be accessed for events at Frame Park. This does not include the available on street parking surrounding the facility. • There is limited parking in all five facilities that Big Top operates in. In each market, Big Top provides a well trained and highly visible parking staff to safely direct guests to available parking spots. • Big Top works with local non-profits and businesses to staff their parking lots, secure their lots, and clean their lots while also insuring the lots.
