Information. Whereas pursuant to a law of the United States, entitled “An Act giving a right of pre-emption to certain persons who have contracted with John Cleves Symmes, or his associates, for lands lying between the Miami rivers, in the territory of the United States north-west of the river Ohio” (which hath been published in the Western Spy on the 8th and 15th of April last) William Goforth and John Reiley, with the receiver of public monies, have been appointed commissioners to adjust the claims of persons entitled to pre-emption rights by virtue of said law. Therefore, notice is hereby given that the said commissioner will meet at Mr. Yeatman's in Cincinnati, on the ninth day of November next to adjust said claims, at which time and place all persons intending to avail themselves of the benefit of the aforesaid act are required to attend with their proper vouchers and evidence necessary to substantiate their respective claims.
