REGISTRATION PAYMENT Registration fee for participation on August, 20-22 (with a trip to lake Baikal) – 170 USD and includes: publication of Conference materials, coffee breaks, transfer Ulan-Ude – lake Baikal – Ulan-Ude, meals and accommodation at lake Baikal.

Registration fee for participation on August, 20-21 (without a trip to lake Baikal) – 50 USD and includes: publication of Conference materials, coffee breaks.

Registration fee for publication of materials without participation in the Conference (correspondence publication) – 20 USD, including postage.

Registration fee for foreign participants is in cash at registration.

The cost of travel to Ulan-Ude and accommodation in Ulan-Ude, the excursion program are not included in the Conference registration fee. Travel expenses paid by the participants.

Requirements for the materials: By the beginning of the conference is planned to publish the conference proceedings. The editorial board reserves the right to refuse publication of materials in case of discrepancy to the conference themes. Each author can submit no more than two reports on conference. The number of co-authors is unlimited. The paper should not exceed 5 pages of text, typed in Microsoft Word by font Times New Roman Cyr, a size 11, a line spacing 1,0, margins on all sides - 2,0 cm. Tables and figures in .jpg format are inserted directly into the text. References to figures and tables are in parentheses (tab. 1), on the literature in square [1]. The article includes the title, surname, first name, place of work of the author, e-mail. The literature list is made out according to the Standard. Article should be accompanied by the author's abstract (no more than 10 lines) in English. Materials for publication are sent by e-mail on the address of the Organizing committee in the form of the attached files in a format doc or rtf.

ACCOMODATION IN ULAN-UDE Airport "Baikal" is located 15 km from the center of Ulan-Ude. Cover this distance in several ways: - By taxi. Travel time to the Soviet Square (center of Ulan-Ude) – 10-15 minutes. - By bus. From the airport to the city – by buses № 28, 34, 55, 77. Travel time to the Soviet Square (center of Ulan-Ude) – about 20-25 minutes. Railway station in Ulan-Ude is near the center of the city. The center can be reached by bus number 36, the shuttle bus number 36, 63. EXCURSION PROGRAM On August, 23, 2013 – sightseeing will be organized:

Ivolginsk temple Ivolginsk temple is a spiritual capital of the Buddhist Traditional Sangha of Russia. A walking tour of the Datsan area includes visiting “Sogchen dugan”, “Sahyuusan Sume”, “Maanin dugan” and the Palace of the 12th Pandito Hambo Lama Dashi Dorzho Itigelov.

Journey to Semeiskie The district inhabited by Old Believers (Semeiskie) – very bright and ancient branch of the Russian people – a piece of pre-Petrine Russia. The program of this excursion includes visiting museum and church, reception at the home of Semeiskie with folklore program and traditional Old Believers’ lunch.

Cost of sightseeing day – 45 USD per person. DEADLINES To participate in the Conference it is necessary: till May, 01, 2013 – send to the Organizing committee by e-mail the filled registration form and materials of reports. till July, 01, 2013 – notify the Organizing committee of the full-time attendance at the Conference.
