I have been informed by the Council that it is undertaking a review of the liaison meetings and therefore no such meetings will be held during October and November. Following consultation with the District Committee Chairman, the date above was agreed. I have not received any indications from member councils of items they wish to place on the agenda for the 22nd October 2019. All Councillors and Clerks are welcome to attend the district committee meeting on the 22nd although only two representatives per Council are allowed to vote.
