Appendix: ‘Last Pickup Not Before’ Schedule ‘Last Pickup Not Before’ times will be posted on bins to publicize the last time that a test can be dropped to guarantee same-day pickup. HUMS begins their route at the stated time, so many bins that fall later in the route receive a later pickup than the posted time.
