NISSER LAND VISITORS

Where are those unusual that were patterned and sculptured after those found in the European Alps? They were expected to be found guarding a special treasure. (That, too, was a secret!) Were they hiding? Made from concrete, these were not the normal type gnomes; they were heavy. These were not the of folklore. Nothing could move them or hide under them! They had disappeared from view! Surely some forest creature knew where try were - but they were not telling! They could blend in to a mountain or a woodlands habitat, or they could pop up in a little lake! But, no, not the concrete gnomes (or could they?) Gnomes and had a special relationship. Trolls could be living in the hills and caves. Well versed in Norse history or culture, trolls are thought to be tale figures in mythology - are they real? Ask anyone who has seen them! In Nisser Land, which is difficult to find, the gnomes and trolls were welcomed. Some could act feisty, but that was just a cover up, when in a teasing mood. Some trolls had huge noses and strange looking ears . Others had furry red beards; some had bushy hair and others were extraordinary neat - they had friends in the barber business. Trolls had a special “ Pudding “ that they sometimes served as the “Rommegrot”. They served steaming “Troll Pudding” in steaming bowls . Yes, trolls were good cooks, and the troll maidens served festive meals.
