6 THE This area of the development was built in the 1920s predominantly to store cotton from overseas. Each room was referred to as a different ‘Shed’ and labelled alphabetically.

The Cotton Sheds is our largest event space at 4,533 sqm in total. Currently split across two levels, it includes eight unique areas of varying size including a large bar/reception space and VIP Mezzanine area. All of these spaces COTTON boast the classic Victorian warehouse features that make our venue so unique.

Shed A is the largest space available in The Cotton Sheds and is perfect for a variety of event concepts including conferences, brand launches, dinners, awards ceremonies, and sporting and music events. Sheds B, C, D, E, F and G SHEDS can be hired collectively as breakout rooms, separate catering areas or exhibition space.

8 In the 1930s each section of the Victoria Warehouse Hotel was split up into numbered bays used over the years to store everything from cotton to Kelloggs Products and Easter eggs, thus inspiring the name of this particular event space.

The Bays is made up of two adjoining areas totalling over 700 sqm and is our ‘plug and play’ space. Bay 1 is a large pre-function THE room with lounge furniture and a large feature bar, plus an open kitchen. Bay 2 is the main plenary room and provides a hassle-free event solution for corporate clients and special events. This room comes complete with a full AV package including screens and projectors, colour-changing down lighters on the pillars, a PA system, staging, lecterns, mics and relay screens all as standard.

This versatile space is ideal for most event concepts such as conferences and meetings, awards and dinners, networking events, BAYS drinks receptions and all kinds of parties.

10 This event space is named after the original Warehouse Owner’s quarters and is accessed through a secret hidden door. Due to the size of the huge feature boardroom table, the glass walls were installed around it at a later date.

Our Head Office in the Victoria Warehouse Hotel can cater for meetings as small as two or three people, right up THE to 30 delegates. We offer privacy blinds on all glass walls, screen and projector plus flipchart. Free Wi-Fi, toilets, natural daylight, a reception/seating area and a full kitchen set up make this a hugely versatile event space.

Here at Victoria Warehouse, we’ve always prided ourselves on the varied range of artists and music events we host. The first ever BBC 6 Music Festival selected our iconic warehouse as their venue of choice, and since the venue first opened, we’ve hosted top international DJs and producers including Hardwell, Nicky Romero, Laidback Luke, Afrojack, Dimitri Vegas, and Eddie Halliwell whilst recently hosting Vevo’s Halloween event plus local festival Cosmosis.

Victoria Warehouse may not seem like an obvious choice for music events but we’ve been hosting them for over 4 years and after delivering countless successful gigs we’ve become a bit of a pro. We have the same infrastructure in place that you’d expect at any other music venue; a late licence, in-house security and crowd control, production offices, green rooms, dressing rooms and a separate box office. We also provide a cloakroom facility and merchandise area plus both fixed and mobile bars in all rooms.

Shed A is our largest capacity room at 4,500 with a VIP Mezzanine overlooking it, and with 6 additional individual rooms Victoria Warehouse has the capability of having multiple acts performing at the same time, taking the total capacity to 8,000 people.
