Each room was referred to as a different ‘Shed’ and labelled alphabetically. The Cotton Sheds is our largest event space at 4,533 sqm in total. Currently split across two levels, it includes eight unique areas of varying size including a large bar/reception space and VIP Mezzanine area. All of these spaces COTTON boast the classic Victorian warehouse features that make our venue so unique. Shed A is the largest space available in The Cotton Sheds and is perfect for a variety of event concepts including conferences, brand launches, dinners, awards ceremonies, and sporting and music events. Sheds B, C, D, E, F and G SHEDS can be hired collectively as breakout rooms, separate catering areas or exhibition space. The Bays is made up of two adjoining areas totalling over 700 sqm and is our ‘plug and play’ space. Bay 1 is a large pre-function THE room with lounge furniture and a large feature bar, plus an open kitchen. Bay 2 is the main plenary room and provides a hassle-free event solution for corporate clients and special events. This room comes complete with a full AV package including screens and projectors, colour-changing down lighters on the pillars, a PA system, staging, lecterns, mics and relay screens all as standard. This versatile space is ideal for most event concepts such as conferences and meetings, awards and dinners, networking events, BAYS drinks receptions and all kinds of parties.
