It kills Mycobacterium bovis (bovine TB), Staphylococcus aureus and Psuedomonas aeruginosa bacteria, and 'Herpes simplex Type 2 and Hepatitis A viruses in 5 min. at 20C, and ,HIV-1 (AIDS Viru§) in 5 min. at room temperature. This product is also effective against Trichophyton mentagrophytes (Athlete's Foot Fungus) when used as directed . with a disinfection contact time of 5 minutes on hard, nonporous surfaces in bathrooms including shower stalls, floors, and glazed bathroom tiles. For Use In Health Care Facilities: Scientifically formulated with additive germicides and patented, this product is excellent for disinfection of precleaned, hard nonporous surfaces. Safe for use on plastic, Formica, glass, or stainless steel. Will not stain clothing. HOUSEHOLD USES: TruClean™ Antimicrobial Disinfectant Spray not only kills bacteria, but is also effective as a tuberculocide, virucide, and fungicide. It kills Staphylococcus aureus (Staph) and Mycobacterium bovis (bovine TB) bacteria, and the Herpes simplex Type 2 virus. This product is also effective against Trichophyton mentagrophytes (Athlete's Foot Fungus) when used as directed with a disinfection contact time of 5 minutes on hard, nonporous surfaces in bathrooms including shower stalls, floors, and glazed bathroom tiles. For disinfection of the following hard, nonporous precleaned surfaces: countertops, cabinets, drawer and cabinet pulls, sinks, appliances, tabletops, floors, basins, tubs, showers, glazed ceramic tile, telephones, glazed porcelain surfaces, stainless steel, chrome, and fiberglass. Any surfaces Which have direct contact with food must be thoroughly rinsed with water after use of this product. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: (Health Care Facility): It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. 'KILLS HIV ON PRECLEANED ENVIRONMENTAL SURFACES/OBJECTS PREVIOUSLY SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS in health care settings or other settings in which there is expected likelihood of soiling of inanimate surfaces/objects with blood or body fluids, and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiled with blood or body fluids can be associated with the potential for transmission of human immunodeficiency virus Type 1 (HIV-1), which Is associated with AIDS. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND DISINFECTION AGAINST HIV-1 OF SURFACES/OBJECTS SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS: Personal Protection: Wear disposable gloves, gowns, masks and eye protection when removing blood/body fluids from soiled surfaces. Cleaning Procedures: Blood/body fluids must be thoroughly removed from surfaces or objects before application of SEP-T-BAN Antimicrobial Spray. A disinfectant-soaked cloth, pad or towel may be used to wipe up contaminants. Contact Time: Make sure surface remains wet for a full 5 minutes. Re-spray if necessary. Disposal of Infectious Materials: Blood or body fluids must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations for infectious waste disposal. This product Is not to be used as a terminal sterllant/hlgh level disinfectant on any surface or instrument that. Contains 65.87 wt% alcohol. If ignited, use dry chemical or C02 extinguisher. If large quantity is spilled, dilute with water and wipe or mop dry. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Keep out of reach of children. Do not reuse empty container. Discard in trash after rinsing with water. PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS: (Health Care Facility and Household): Hazards to Humans/Domestic Animals: Warning: Causes substantial but temporary eye injury. Wear protective eyewear (goggles, safety glasses, face shield). Wash thoroughly with oap and water after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash clothing before reuse.
