Deviled

Ingredients

● 12 eggs ● ½ cup Mayo ● ½ Tbs of Cayenne pepper ● ½ Tbs of dried ● ½ Tbs of black pepper ● 1 Tbs of Paprika ● 4 sprigs of cilantro ● salt to taste Tools ● 1 plastic bag ● 1 pair of scissors

Instructions

Cooking the ingredients 1. Boil 3/4 of a gallon of water 2. once boiling, add all 12 eggs, and allow for water to re-boil. Then allow to boil for 10 minutes 3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayo, Cayenne, Parsley, Pepper, ½ of the paprika, and 4. when eggs are finished, peel and slice them in half. 5. dump into the mixing bowl with the dressing and mash together until mixture is smooth

assembling the deviled egg 6. take the -dressing filling and spoon into a plastic bag. Seal the bag, pushing the filling into one corner of the bag, and trying to empty all air out of the bag 7. Cut the corner of the bag with the Yolk filling, to turn it into a piping bag 8. Pipe fillings back into the halves 9. Sprinkle remaining Paprika onto the deviled eggs and add cilantro leaves to each egg to garnish 10. Serve and enjoy

Migas

Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 35 minutes Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

● 6 eggs ● ¼ cup of Diced tomatos ● ¼ cup of Diced onion ● ¼ Tbs, Cayenne pepper ● ¼ Tbs, Black pepper ● 1 Green onion, Diced ● 4 Sprigs of Cilantro, Chopped ● 4 Tortillas ● Salt to Taste

Instructions

1. Whisk Eggs and mix in tomatoes, Onion, Cayenne pepper, Black Pepper, Green onion, and Cilantro 2. Rip up Tortillas into bite sized pieces 3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat, add 3 tbs of oil, and fry until golden, about 5 minutes 4. Turn heat up to high, add 1 tbs of oil and then add Eggs to the pan, over the tortilla chips. They should sizzle once they hit the pan. 5. Scramble eggs, stirring egg mixture until the eggs are your desired doneness, about 5 minutes 6. Remove from heat, Plate and Serve Toad in a Hole

Ingredients

● 2 eggs, ● 2 slices of bread ● 1 tbs of butter ● Salt and Pepper to taste ● Optional: 1 Apple, 1 Avocado

Instructions

1. Cut a large hole into both Bread Slices, and dice the bread that was cut out into ½ inch croutons 2. Heat Pan over medium heat and melt butter in pan. 3. Place bread slices into pan and let fry for 1 minute. 4. Crack one egg into the hole in each bread slice and fry, add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Add croutons into pan to toast 6. Fry the egg and bread on both sides until desired doneness. 2-3 minutes per side for soft/runny yolk. 5 minutes per side for hard yolks. 7. Plate and Enjoy. Add slices of apple or Avocado if desired. Honey-Lime Chicken & Avocado

Salad

Ingredients

● ½ cup of oil ● ¼ cup of honey ● 1 tablespoon ● ¼ cup of ● ½ teaspoon salt ● ½ teaspoon black pepper ● ½ lb. chopped, boneless chicken ● 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped ● ½ cup cherry or grape tomatoes ● 2 avocados, chopped ● 1 pinch lemon zest

Instructions 1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, mustard, vinegar, salt, and lemon zest. Stir all ingredients. 2. Cut romaine lettuce into ½ inch pieces 3. Dice avocados into ½ inch cubes 4. Add Romaine, Avocados, chicken, and tomatoes to the large bow with dressing. 5. Toss the salad and serve immediately. 6. Enjoy!

Chicken Pasta

Prep Time: 40 Cook Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 1 Hour Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients ● 1 lb angel hair pasta ● ½ cup olive oil ● 2 tablespoons garlic, crushed ● 1 crate cherry tomatoes, cut in halves ● 1 cup sliced basil ● 1 cup chopped cilantro ● 1/16-1/8 cup of Cajun Spice Mix ● 1 lb of chicken ● salt to taste

Instructions 1. boil 1 gallon of water, then add pasta and boil until tender, about 8-10 minutes, drain and set aside 2. Heat a large pan on high, add olive oil and garlic, and fry until fragrant. 3. Once Garlic starts to brown, add Spice mix and Cherry tomatoes, allow to fry for 4 minutes 4. After 4 minutes, Add Chicken, and then pasta, toss together in pan to mix all the ingredients. 5. Finally, turn off heat and toss with cilantro, basil, and salt to taste. 6. Serve and enjoy

SPAM Musubi

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes Total Time: 50 minutes Yield: 5 servings

Ingredients

 1 Cup of Short grain Rice  1 can of Spam or other Luncheon meat  ¼ cup of sugar  ¼ cup of soy sauce  1 tbs Rice wine vinegar  3 sheets of nori  1 bottle of Furikake (Japanese rice seasoning) Tools  1 empty spam can  Plastic wrap

Instructions

Cooking the ingredients 1. Wash and rinse rice until water runs clear 2. Boil 1½ cups of water, and dump rice into boiling water. Turn stove up to high and allow water to boil again, before turning flame down to low and cook for 20 minutes 3. Mix Sugar, Soy and Ricewine vinegar together and microwave for 30 seconds, or until the mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon 4. Cut spam into 5 even slices 5. Fry spam slices over medium high heat for 2 minutes on each side. 6. Dip Spam slices into glaze and refry over medium heat for 2 minutes per side, or until the sides become crispy. Remove from heat and allow to rest

Making the Musubi 7. Line the empty spam can with Plastic wrap, scoop 4 tbs of rice into can (or enough to fill 1/3 of the can) and press rice into a patty 8. Sprinkle furikake onto rice patty and remove from can 9. Cut Nori into 3inch wide strips 10. Stack spam on top of rice, covering the furikake. 11. Take a strip of nori, and place it shiny side down. Place the spam-rice stack on one end of the nori strip and fold nori around stack tightly until all nori is wrapped around the stack, Wet the end with some water and press to seal 12. Repeat this process for the remaining pieces of spam 13. Serve and Enjoy Bacon Avocado Waffle Grilled

Cheese

Ingredients

 2 instant Waffles, Unfrozen  2 slices of bacon  2 slices of American cheese  ½ of an avocado

Instructions 14. Fry bacon in a pan on medium until fat is rendered out and bacon is crispy. Save ½ of the bacon fat for later 15. Cut an avocado in half and cut slices into the fruit. Scoop out slices with a spoon 16. Sandwich the avocado, bacon, and cheese between thawed waffles, with the cheese touching the waffles 17. Fry the sandwich on medium heat in the bacon fat saved from earlier. 4 minutes per side, or until cheese is melted 18. Serve and enjoy
