The company specializes in the recording of classical music, which gives it a unique position on the Polish music market. It has produced almost 600 CDs and 40 to 50 new discs are added to the DUX catalogue every year. Polish music performed by prominent Polish musicians is the company's main line of activity. This reflects the central goal of documenting and promoting Polish musical achievements, including works by less known composers, as well as young talents. In the years 1995, 2000 and 2005 DUX won tenders for the archive recording and producion of the CD Chronicle of the Chopin International Piano Competitions in Warsaw. In the year 2006 DUX won tenders for the archive recording and producion of the CD Chronicle of the Henryk Wieniawski Violin Competition in Poznań.
