I feel that some introductions are in order. A big thank you to Joanne Jacobs for hosting our annual boat parade viewing party. The parade was a huge success, even though it was officially cancelled by the Power Squadron due to 15-knot winds, which were much lighter in the Grand Canal. About 50 boats showed up, including three ECSA boats:
