Graham recorded the album in his native Canada for release in November 1970 as Capitol SKAO-6356. US Capitol passed on it at that time, but if this catalog number placing is correct, they were tentatively going to release it the following summer. That never happened. Capitol (UK) reorganized the album in early 1972, removing some songs and adding others. At that time, they also removed “and friends” from the artist credit. US Capitol ignored it again.
