The land is all classified as Region 1, which attracts a payment of 170.17 euros per unit under the Basic Payment Scheme, and 82 euros of Greening Payment per unit. The land may also be eligible for an LFAAS payment, subject to animal livestock units owned. Basic Payment Scheme Entitlements will be included in the sale of the property. All fields have mains water supplied to troughs and all fences are in stock proof condition. Field number 4 on the farm map, issued by the Rural Payments Agency, was reseeded in 2017, so has establised new grass.
