Introduction The objectives of the Racing Rules are: A. To provide clear, precise, and universally understandable rules and drawings. B. To provide a level playing field so that race results are determined by each team’s sailing skills. II. Definitions The following definitions apply to the Racing Rules: A. “Championship Regattas”.
