Payment is charged only in respect of excess responses. Responses to quote requests are without engagement. Delivery requires that capacity is free while the order is received. Availability inquiry on Elisa Carrier Services Online -system is free of charge. The leasing of connections shall comply with the valid decisions and regulations of the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Com- munications and those of Traficom and with Elisa Corporation’s general terms and conditions applying to the leasing of subsc- riber and fixed lines to telecom companies. The prices quoted in this tariff do not include any exceptions to the above ways of operating and terms regarding, for example, delivery times, any sanctions and special services relating to leasing.
This price list is valid for the time being. The prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Taxes and any other official charges valid at any given time will be added to final prices. The connections terminate on the customer’s premises in the building MDF or similar locations such as the connection points in the PABX room. The prices quoted here do not include indoor network in properties.
