Statement of Objects and Reasons This Bill is introduced in pursuance of Article 206 (1) of the Constitution of India to provide for the appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa, of the moneys required to meet the expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa and the grants made in advance by the Goa Legislative Assembly in respect of the estimated expenditure of the Government of Goa for five months i.e. April to August, 2018.
