America ANNUAL PROGRAM REVIEW • 7 Executive summary This Annual Program Review provides a summary of activities and outcomes executed by the Defense Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Education Consortium over the 18-month base-period of March 1, 2019–August 31, 2020. OVERVIEW The United States Department of Defense (DoD) depends on more than 300,000 During the inaugural year, scientists and engineers across the Defense Laboratory Enterprise to meet national defense challenges and modernization priorities.
