project size, components and project duration were made and are presented in the Restructuring Paper, dated September 8, 2011. These adjustments did not affect the existing project development objectives. The updated performance indicators confirm improvement in terms of road condition, fatalities per motorized vehicle, client satisfaction with public transport, overall public transport ridership and bus service network density.
