Invitation to Emta Meeting in Side 2 – Invitasjon til EMTA-møte 141120 8.12.2014 How to find Ruter From Oslo Airport (OSL) at Gardermoen Oslo Airport is located at Gardermoen, 47 km northeast of Oslo. You can travel to and from Oslo Airport by public transport: Airport Express Train, NSB train or bus. NSB Train NSB intercity trains that run between Skien/Larvik/Drammen/Oslo and Eidsvoll/Lillehammer/ Trondheim stop at Oslo Airport. The same goes for NSB Local Trains Kongsberg-Oslo–Eidsvoll. The NSB service has 23 min travel time, but departs only three times an hour outside rush hours (03, 13 and 43 minutes past every hour from the airport). Ruter tickets and passes are valid on NSB trains in Oslo and Akershus. Single ticket from the app RuterBillett or vending machine costs NOK 90 to Oslo. However you will get a free travel pass from Ruter in advance, topped-up with 7 days travel in all zones in Oslo and Akershus. This pass you may certainly also use on NSB trains from the airport. Have you got a mobile ticket (the app RuterBillett), it must be downloaded and started before you travel. The Reisekort Travel Card must be activated by using a card reader at the station before your first travel. Airport Express Train Flytoget Airport Express Train leaves from inside the Oslo Airport terminal building 70 meters to the right after leaving the custom area in the arrival hall. The train takes you downtown Oslo Central Station in 19-22 minutes and leaves every 10 minutes. Ruter tickets are not valid on the Airport Express Trains. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket vending machines or at the ticket desks. (NOK 170.) More easily you can travel without ticket by using you credit card. Swipe your card through the card reader and choose your destination (Oslo Central Station). The correct price will be charged to your card. Register your credit card at www.flytogetkvittering.no and you will automatically get your receipts sent directly to your e- mail address within 24 hours. All plans and figures in this folder are preliminary and may be subject for change. 3 Never has more money been invested in Norwegian railway infrastructure. The InterCity rollout as described in this folder consists of several projects. These investments create great value for all travelers. In the coming years, departures will be more frequent, with reduced travel time within the InterCity operating area. We are living in an exciting and changing infrastructure environment, with a high activity level.
