Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation Names New Director of Maintenance APPLETON, WI, -- March 8, 2013 - Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation today announced it has named Mike McHargue to the position of Director of Maintenance, reporting directly to Gary Pratt, Managing Director of Maintenance. In his new role, McHargue will assume leadership of the maintenance operations division, where he will be responsible for decisions relevant to our maintenance operations in Philadelphia, PA, Milwaukee, WI, Columbia, South Carolina and Norfolk, VA, as well as oversight of sourced maintenance providers.

Prior to joining Air Wisconsin, McHargue’s career spanned more than 21 years with Comair and 4 years as a Front Line Engine Mechanic in the United States Air Force. He started his career at Comair as an Airframe & Powerplant Technician and assumed increased responsibilities in the positions of Maintenance Manager followed by Manager of Maintenance Operations Control in Cincinnati, OH.

Air Wisconsin operates as US Airways Express, scheduling nearly 500 departures per day to 70 cities in 26 states and two Canadian provinces. The fleet includes 71 Canadair Regional Jets (CRJ-200). Additionally, Air Wisconsin performs ground-handling services for United Express at United’s Washington Dulles International hub and 22 other cities throughout the country.
