At Ywathitgalay Bridge construction site on Pandaw-Mingalun Road, the commander heard reports on building of Ywathitgalay and Mingalun bridges, maintenance of 29 miles and two furlongs long Bago-Thanatpin-Kayan-Thongwa-Thanlyin Road, preparations for repaving Thongwa-Kadatpana Road and other construction matters. Speaking on the occasion, the commander said that as development of Kyauktan Township in education, health, social and economic sectors is based on better transportation, it is necessary to carry out work for timely completion of building bridges and repaving roads meeting the set standard.
