How did he get a job working security with Chauvin? Who did his background check? WHO IS GEORGE FLOYD? George Floyd with girlfriend Courtney Ross. The first hit on a quick Internet search shows Courtney Ross is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character originated in the Captain Britain comics as Brian Braddock’s college girlfriend… Coincidence? WHO IS GEORGE FLOYD? THIS Courtney Ross has been in a relationship with Floyd for three years and works at a coffee shop in the city. Ross said: “Waking up this morning to see Minneapolis on fire would be something that would devastate Floyd.” “He loved the city. He came here [from Houston] and stayed here for the people and the opportunities. “Floyd was a gentle giant. He was about love and about peace.” “We prayed over every meal, we prayed if we were having a hard time, we prayed if we were having a good time.” Ross told reporters she wanted protesters “to know that I understand their frustration. I want people to protest in a peaceful way”. George Floyd’s former partner, Roxie Washington, and 6-yr-old daughter Gianna Washington “wanted the world to know the George Floyd that they knew, the man who spoiled his daughter and moved here to Minnesota so he could better provide for his daughter.” Floyd’s daughter is “proof he was a good man,” Washington told reporters. “He loved his little girl,” Washington said. THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HMMM… George Floyd Autopsies The date and hour of death was listed as 5-25-20 at 9:25PM. The date and hour of autopsy was listed as 5-26-20 at 9:25AM. (Exactly 12 hours later?) THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HMMM… George Floyd Autopsies On Monday, June 1st, attorneys for Floyd’s family released the results of an independent autopsy report by Michael Baden indicating that Floyd was dead before they put him on the stretcher. Baden determined death was caused by asphyxia due to neck and back compression that led to a lack of blood flow to the brain. Both autopsies revealed that he was positive for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Both reports also indicated that Floyd had FOUR TIMES the LETHAL level of Fentanyl in his blood. Fentanyl is 50X more powerful than heroin! He also tested positive for Methamphetamine, Speed, and Marijuana. THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HMMM… George Floyd Autopsies Floyd also had sickle cell anemia that deprives the body and brain of oxygen, and heart disease. Sickle cell anemia lowers life expectancy by at least 22 years. Pathologist Michael Baden said that he could find no underlying conditions that contributed to Floyd’s death, saying he was in good health. Truth? Or did it fit better with the MSM narrative??? Baden was the chief medical examiner of the City of New York from 1978 to 1979 but was removed from his position by New York City Mayor Ed Koch, after Koch had received complaints about his work, including memos from district attorney Robert Morgenthau and city health commissioner Reinaldo Ferrer, documenting their criticism of Baden for “sloppy record keeping, poor judgment, and a lack of cooperation”. Baden later won a $100,000 wrongful-termination suit. Baden was hired as deputy medical examiner for Suffolk County, but was dismissed for allegedly making inappropriate comments about how to commit the perfect murder. The decision to let him go was rescinded shortly thereafter, THING THAT MAKE YOU GO HMMM… Who Is Michael Baden? as the circumstances of his alleged comments were unclear, but Baden chose to leave the position, nonetheless. He sought to provide an alternate explanation for blood on the victim’s jacket. The Committee began collecting historical materials and now solicits the histories of individual NAME Members in the format of a guided autobiography, i.e. memoir. Seventeen past presidents have already contributed their memoirs, which were publish in a eBook in 2011. We continued the same guided autobiography format for compiling historical ma- terial, and now have additional memoirs to add also. This year, the book will be combined with the 2011 material, and some previous chapters have been updated. The project is now extended to all the NAME members, who wish to contribute their memoirs. The standard procedure is also to submit your portrait with your historical/ memoir material. Some of the memoirs are very short, and contains a minimum information, however the editorial team decided to include it in the 2012 edition, since it can be updated at any time. The 2012 edition Section I – Memoir Series Section II - ME History Series – individual medical examiner or state wide system history Presented in an alphabetic order of the name state Section III – Dedication Series - NAME member written material dedicating anoth- er member’s contributions and pioneer work, or newspaper articles on or dedicated to a NAME member Plan for 2013 edition The Committee is planning to solicit material for the chapters dedicated to specifi- cally designated subjects, such as Women in the NAME, Standard, Inspection and Accreditation Program.

    Preface to the 2013 NAME History eBook Third Edition This eBook is the Third Edition of the NAME History eBook. As I look back to the First Edition of the NAME Past Presidents Committee Annual History Project done in 2011, we began with guided autobiographies. Seventeen past presidents submitted their memoirs following the guided questions prepared by Randy Hanzlick. The Pub- lication Team consists of Randy Hanzlick, Jeffrey Jentzen and myself. Production team consists of coordinator, Denise McNally and graphic designer Raul Vergara of Los Angeles. In 2012, we added two more sections, i.e. History of Medical Exam- iner’s Office and dedication. The total pages were over 300. In 2013, we have further improved by adding more sections. We now call Chapters. Chapter I is newly added audio and video series. I obtained an audiotape from my THE HISTORY OF THE friend and colleague, Amnon Carmi of Haifa, Israel, who asked me if I could use this audiotape that Milton Helpern gave me. William G. Eckert recorded these audio- tapes in 1970. One recording was Milton Halpern’s comments on why he decided NAME to establish an organization exclusive for the medical examiner officers and system. I am a physician licensed t0 practice medicine in New York State, Board- certified in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology and Forensic Pathology, a former Chief Medical Examiner of New York City and the former Chief Forensic Pathologist for the New York State Police. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a copy of my curriculum vitae. 2. I have reviewed the 1993 autopsy report, scene and autopsy photographs, photographs of sneakers recovered from Mr. Ledell Lee, the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory reports, the FBI laboratory report, the serology report and the trial testimonies of Dr. William Sturner, Mr. Kermit Channel and Mr. Berwin Monroe which were provided to me in the case of State ofArkansas v. Ledell Lee, No. CR-96-0553 relative to the death of Mrs. Debra Kay Reese. 3. The cause of Mrs. Reese’s death was attributed to “Craniocerebral trauma with multiple skin and soft tissue lacerations,” fractures of the nose, right zygoma, large laceration of the skin of the right forehead, and fracture of the right cricoid cartilage with hemorrhage into the muscles of her neck. She was struck on the head multiple times with a blunt object and was strangled. There were also "bruises of the knuckles of both hands." 4. A transfer imprint pattern and adjacent orbital laceration and nasal laceration are present on Mrs. Reese’s right cheek. (State‘s Exhibit 60; LL-009453] 5. The underlying nasal bone, and the adjacent zygomatic bone, which is a very strong bone, are fractured which required a very forceful impact directly to the right cheek 6.

But as if our world has not been rocked enough by COVID-19, the civil unrest in the Twin Cities following the death of George Floyd on May 25 prompted us to pivot just as we were wrapping up this issue of the Bulletin.
