The 'Allocated' column refers to children who were unsuccessful in gaining a place at any of their preferred schools and were offered a place at the school by the local authority because it was their catchment school or nearest school with a place available. In accordance with section 10(7) of that Act the Treasury have consulted the Welsh Ministers where they have thought it appropriate. Citation and commencement 1.
