A RECORDING FEE of $0.50 will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Test. Blue & Red Rosette Note: A qualifying score is required for all prizes and awards in the Regular & Preferred Obedience & Regular Rally Classes. An exhibitor whose dog wins an obedience award must be present to accept the award when it is presented. In case of a tie for any prize, any dog that is not present for a run-off forfeits the right to the prize.

All classes with jumps, will be judged in DESCENDING height order on Saturday & Sunday. Transfers [move ups] are permitted by notifying the Trial Secretary no later than one-half hour before the trial (Obedience for Obedience and Rally for Rally) judging begins. Rings will be separated by Baby Gates. (Not a solid wall)

Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.

Two Rally Trials held consecutively RALLY CLASSES Novice A & B Intermediate Class Advanced A & B Excellent A & B Master

RAE Class (Dogs entered in this class will be entered in both AB & EB.) Once the limit has been reached in either of these classes the RAE class will be considered closed, and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety. Entry fees must be paid for both classes. Exhibitors in the RAE class will receive a refund if one component of the class is unavailable. RACH Class (Dogs entered in this class will be entered in all Three classes AB, EB & Master.) Once the limit has been reached in any of these classes the RACH class will be considered closed, and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety. Entry fees must be paid for all classes. Exhibitors in the RACH class will receive a refund if any component of the class is unavailable.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS CONDITIONAL, UNSIGNED, INCOMPLETE, TELEPHONE, OR TELEGRAPH entries cannot be accepted. ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS or photocopies of entry forms without the agreement and rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC entry forms are NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE CLUB AND ITS SHOW SECRETARY ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY for wrong or incomplete information given on the entry blank by the owner or agent of the owner. This Club and its Show Secretary assume no responsibility for the owner or owner’s agent entering a dog twice or in a class for which the dog is ineligible to compete. ENTRY FEES will not be refunded in event of errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date, nor in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, or excused by the Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by the Bench Show Committee, or because the dog is ineligible to compete because it is incorrectly entered. If because of riot, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open the show, no refund of entry fee(s) will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, judges, exhibitors and spectators. The well being of dogs and participants is of paramount importance and in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY & JUDGING SCHEDULE will be sent to the address on the AKC entry form after the closing date. If an exhibitor has not received a copy of the Judging Schedule the Show Secretary should be contacted. DOGS MUST BE READY FOR JUDGING. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or their agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring.

CLOSING DATE for entries 3:00 PM, Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2019 (at Secretary’s Home) after which time entries cannot be accepted, canceled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Dog Show Rules. POST DATED CHECKS AND RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequently returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.

CANADIAN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Secretary assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail.

BITCHES IN SEASON: A refund will be made for a bitch that comes into season after the Closing Date, provided that the request is accompanied by a Veterinarian’s certificate and is received by the Trial Secretary prior to the start of judging.

CRATING & WARM-UP AREAS: No chairs will be permitted in the crating & warm-up areas due to space limitations.
