Not quite as rich or Medium to medium-dark ruby; perfumed, spicy, toasty, dark forward as some of the other wines in this tasting, but nicely cherry and blackberry fruit aroma with herbal notes and hints balanced and shows some complexity as it developed with of dill, cedar chest, and cocoa; medium-full to full body; airing. Very highly recommended. 13.5% alcohol; 3,700 fleshy, toasty, rustic, red and black fruit flavors with firm cases; blend of 40% Mourvèdre, 28% Syrah, 22% Grenache, acidity and a rich, rounded mouthfeel; medium-full tannin; and 10% Counoise; released October 2015.
