BY ENTERING THIS MEETING ALL PARTIES AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES, REGULATIONS, BY-LAWS AND INSTRUCTIONS. 3 LICENCES: 3.1 All rides must be holders of a current MA National licence or must take out a One Event licence for the meeting in order to compete. 3.2 Application for a one-event license must be made simultaneously with submission of entry form and issue of the licence is conditional upon the rider competing in only those events and on those motorcycles as specified in the entry form. 3.3 The issue of One Event licences will be at the discretion of the Race Secretary with right of appeal to the Steward. 4 ENTRIES: 4.1 Entries for this event must be made online by following the link at www.phoenixmcc.org.au 4.2 Entries close at close at 8pm on Friday June 12th 4.3 Cafnix Series is an Interclub event and entry is only open to members of the Phoenix Motorcycle Club, Café Racer Club of SA. Proof of membership is required at sign in. Interstate riders will not receive points. SA Motorcycles South Australian State Titles is open to anyone with an MA license. 4.4 All classes will be restricted to the first 48 entries received. Fees will be refunded for over subscribed entries. 4.5 Where Full Payment for an entry has not been verified by closing time, it will be a Late Entry and may not be accepted or not appear in the program. 4.6 Acceptance of Late Entries or the return of entry fees within 48 hours of the event is at the discretion of the Race Secretary. A full refund will normally be given if withdrawn before closing time and a $50 administration fee may be charged after then. 4.7 In the case of postponement or abandonment of the meeting, all or any part of the entry fee may be retained by the Club, if such retention is approved by Motorcycling SA Inc. 5 SCHEDULE OF FEES: Class Fees: $220 Adelaide Premium Cement 3 Hour Race $0 Reece Bancell Trophy and Steve Martin Cup races (refer 6.3) $50 Auldana Foundations 75k Race $50 Les Rowe and Associates 50k Race $220 Senior Motorcycle Rider Fee $170 Junior Motorcycle Rider Fee $405 Sidecar Entry Fee $210 Friday Practice Day - Seniors (optional) $65 Friday Practice Day - Juniors (optional) $100 One Event License (if required. includes Friday practice) $80 Extra Bike space fee per day, per extra bike $20 Transponder fee for each bike (if you don’t have your own) $25 Cafnix Membership (optional) $50 Late Entry Fee (if applicable) -$130 Interstate entrants discount 6 CLASSES OF COMPETITION: 6.1 All motorcycles entered must comply with the current MoMS for Road Racing competition. 6.2 Multiple entry of the one motorcycle in the same class of competition is not permitted. Where Classes are combined, a rider can compete in multiple Classes results are determined by Computime timing and Computime’s decision is FINAL. 6.3 For the Steve Martin or Reece Bancell, riders must also be entered in either Superbike, Supersport, Limited, Pre-Modern or Naked class and grid positions will be taken from those qualifying sessions. 6.4 To constitute a class, the number of riders entered and competing in each class shall be 12. Should there be insufficient entries in any class of competition, the decision to run or combine the class and redistribute any awards, will be at the discretion of the club, subject to Motorcycling SA approval. Details of the Series can be found at www.phoenixmcc.org.au 7.4 For the awarding of prizes, where there is only one entrant in a class no prize will be awarded. Where there are two or three entries per class a prize will be awarded for first place only.
