Our order form covers most of our popular products but our experienced and friendly team will always endeavour to fulfil any additional requirements; please just ask us! New this year we are offering home delivery of your Christmas order on 22nd & 23rd December within a 10-mile radius. Availability will be limited so we advise booking early. Alternatively if you’d like to collect your order we can also bring it to your car for contactless collection, with slots available on 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th (until midday), 30th and 31st December. Please note that our home delivery order form will also be available during Christmas week; please see our website for details closer to the time. Last date for orders is 15th December. Turkey & Avacado Sandwich tmas Turkeys, Crush the avocado & Chris spread over one slice of 50g leftover turkey bread; tear the mozzarella & place on top, along with ry & Game 1 slice sunflower seed bread Poult some finely sliced basil ½ avocado leaves, the turkey & finely ½ mozzarella ball sliced red chilli. Drizzle 2 sprigs of fresh basil with olive oil and some salt & pepper to serve. Kelly Bronze Turkeys ½ fresh red chilli Olive oil Local, free range, slow growing, hand plucked and game hung. Kelly Bronze Turkeys have access to woodland and grass allowing them to forage in a natural environment. Allowed to mature at their natural growth rate they are hand plucked on the farm and hung for 14 days to develop their fantastic flavour. Please note that weights given are a guide only. This year in particular we anticipate high demand for the smaller birds, and customers may receive a slightly larger bird than ordered. We’ll be providing some turkey recipes with ideas to use up those leftovers! Our butchery team will be happy to provide further information on request and advise on size.     P a g e | 1 Vegetarian Lincolnshire Sausage Recipe These vegetarian Lincolnshire sausages contain lentils and mushrooms instead of meat, but still have all the same tasty herbs and spices that you'll find in the traditional meat sausages. Traditional Lincolnshire Sausages contain just 6 ingredients, and the vegetarian version only adds a few extra natural ingredients to make them taste amazing! • 250g coarse breadcrumbs • 250g ground walnuts (or almonds, depending on preference) • 100g mushrooms chopped • 2 tins of cooked green lentils (mashed) • 2 medium onions chopped • 2 cloves of garlic chopped • 2 eggs, beaten • Bunch of fresh sage • Salt • Pepper • Clingfilm to make 'sausage skins' How to make vegetarian Lincolnshire Sausages 1. Gently fry the onions until soft. 2. Add in the chopped garlic and cook for a couple more minutes but be careful it doesn't burn. 3. Turn off the heat and add in the cooked onions and garlic to a clean dry bowl. 4. Let the mixture cool for a few minutes. 5. Then add the chopped mushrooms, lentils, eggs, breadcrumbs, walnuts and seasoning. 6. Mix well. 7. Divide into 12 balls and then shape into sausages. 8. Wrap each sausage in cling film and twist the ends to seal. 9. Steam for 20 minutes. 10. Once cooked, leave to cool and then place in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set. 11. Remove from the fridge and unwrap the clingfilm. 12. Grill or barbecue until you can pop a knife in and feel it hot all the way through. 13.
