EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 312 DECLARING THAT PORTION OF THE ROAD (KENNON ROAD) FROM KLONDYKE'S SPRING TO CAMP SIX WITHIN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE A AND FIXING A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS THEREON.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by section one of Act Numbered One thousand nine hundred and fifty-nine, as amended by Acts Numbered Two thousand four hundred and fourteen, Two thousand nine hundred and [hirty-five, and Three thousand five hundred and forty-two, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare that portion of the Benguet Road (Kennon Road) from Klondyke's Spring Camp Six within the Mountain Province a toll road and direct the following tolls be collected thereon:

(a) Benguet Auto Line (or Its successors) automobi\es, trucks, vehicles, drivers, passengers, express baggages, etc -per annum P10,000 00 50 (b) Antmal-drawn vehicle and motorcycle, each 200 (c) Automobile (5 or less passengers) 300 (d) Automobile (more than 5 passengers) 200 (e) Automobile trailer with two wheels not exceeding 1 `000 kilos in weight ..., 10'00 (0 Motortruck, passenger (regardless of capacity and number of passengers)

(g) Motor truck, trailer and tractor, (freight) each- 3,000 kilos or less gross capacity

3,001 kilos to 4,500 kilos gross capacity

4,501 kilos to 6,000 kilos gross capac,ity

6,001 kilos to 8,000 kilos gross capacity

For traffic using only a portion of the toll section between Klondike's Spring and Camp Slx the corresponding toll shah only be charged in proportion to part of the toll section used. Exemptions:

(a) Officers and enlisted men and civilian employees of the Umted States Army and Navy and Marine Corps and their prlvately owned vehicles when used Incident to the service of the United States Government. (G) Vehicles and ammals of the United States Army, Navy or Marine Corps, or other department of the United States Government and of the Philippine Government. (c) Privately owned cars of officers and employees of the Philippine Government, whether National, provincial, or municipal when traveling on official business.

nineteen hundred and twenty-five; Flfry-four, series of nineteen hundred and twenty seven; Two hundred and twenty~one, series of nineteen hundred and twenty-nine; and Seven hundrecl and sixt}'- six, series of nineteen hundred and thirty-five, are hereby revoked. This Order shall take effect on January 1,1941. Done at the City of Manila, this twenty-third day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nlneteen hundred and forty, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the sixth.
