California Orchids Spring Sale 2013 Pre-Sale Order Availability
We have a limited (sometimes only 2 or 3) supply of these plants so they are offered on a first come, first served basis. They are healthy, well established plants, but they are not in bud or flower. This list does not include all of our plants. We will have many orchids (species and hybrids) in flower and out for the sale .
This list cancels all other lists and is good until Friday May 10th, 2013.
Email your order to us at least one week prior to the May 11th Sale and we will have your plants ready for pick up at the sale. If we don’t have what you want we’ll notify you. If you want to preorder and cannot make it to the sale let us know. You can pay by mail and we will hold your order until August 1st. Pre-orders over $25.00 will receive an automatic 10% discount!
We try really hard to get names, descriptions and spellings right. If you find errors please let us know so we can fix them! If you have any questions, feel free to call (415) 868-0203 or email us at [email protected]
Temperature Symbols W : 60-65F nights and 80-90 F days. These plants hate being cold. I : 58-60 F nights and 75-80F days. The intermediate plants are generally more tolerant of a wider range of temperatures. C: 55-58 nights and days around 75F. These plants hate being hot. Hardy: These are plants that we have grown outside in Bolinas all year. The lows here can go occasionally down to 34 F for a day or so . Our outdoor plans are unheated but under cover, protected from frost.
