A WARM, SAFE & WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT At the very heart of LCC’s philosophy is the creation of an atmosphere in which each child can thrive. Since children of different age groups have their own abilities and needs, LCC is divided into four distinct divisions, each with its own physical space, small class sizes, and designed to ensure the academic, social, emotional and physical development of the students. THE EDUCATIONAL JOURNEY STARTS AT JUNIOR SCHOOL LCC’s Junior School is a nurturing environment where ideas, inspiration and stimulation abound. The first years of a child’s are critical in establishing a love for learning and ensuring future success as a student. From kindergarten through grade 6, boys and girls are immersed in a bilingual academic program that allows them to explore their creativity, cultivate their imaginations and discover their potential. The focus is on building the foundations for lifelong learning through the ongoing development of critical thinking, communication, social and self-management skills. Reading comprehension, writing structure and fostering writing creativity are priorities, as is the development of basic mathematical concepts and applying them to real-life situational problems.

We also understand that students are unique with varied learning styles and we cater to those differences with a variety of teaching approaches. Using research-based educational practices, the LEAD Centre (Learning Enrichment And Development) supports the diverse learners in LCC’s community in order to facilitate academic success.
