Kunming government resettlement scheme on the following commitments: 1. In the RAP budget will be included in the total investment budget will be in full and in time. 2. Kunming government resettlement plan will be discussed with the relevant units and received their approval. 3. Overview of the project (1) Location Kunming Rail Transit Line 3 is the east-west backbone line in the Kunming urban rapid rail transit planning network. This line from the Chunyu Road Shizui station, after along the Chunyu Road, Renmin Road,Dongfeng Road ahead, to the planning terminal located in eastern terminus of Kunming. Order from west to east across the Xishan District, Wuhua District, Panlong District and Guandu District.
