房长:食肆禁烟即将开跑 勿乱丢烟蒂以免受罚 (吉隆坡22日讯）食肆禁烟 政策即将开跑，房屋及地方政府 部促地方政府严厉执法，并呼吁 烟民勿乱丢烟蒂以免受罚。 部长祖莱达表示，该部支持 卫生部明年1月1日起执行的食 肆禁烟政策，因此促请各地方政 府做好准备工作，并且在适当的 场所设立特别吸烟区。 她周曰发文告表示，尽管食 肆禁烟政策会分阶段在各地方政府执法 但所有的地方政府应 提前做好准备。 她说，过去的周五也到安邦坊后巷（Santai@Ampang Point) 了解该区的美化及提升工程，而安邦再也市议会 (MPAJ)也在该区的角落设立特别吸烟区，让烟民到该区吸 烟，避免影响正在用餐的食客。 “各地方政府需注意，根据卫生部规定，食肆3米以外的区 域才能够吸烟，因此特别吸烟区也务必符合有关规定。” 此外，祖莱达也叮嘱烟民，若要吸烟务必到获准吸烟的地 点，以及在吸烟后将烟蒂丢弃在设有丢置烟蒂的垃圾桶。 她也呼吁地方政府，若发现有乱扔烟蒂的情况，就依地方 条例的乱丢垃圾法惩处。 “房屋及地方政府部呼吁烟民配合，共同爱护环境。” 乱丢垃圾属于地方条例，罚款数额由地方议会规定。#
