This piece of land is owned by The London Asiatic Rubber and Produce Company Limited (Company No. 990021-H) which is a subsidiary of Sime Darby Plantation Berhad. The locality of the Project Site falls under the jurisdiction of Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (MPKj). 1.1.1 Approval of Penilaian Awalan Tapak (PAT) A Site Suitability Assessment (Penilaian Awalan Tapak) has been submitted to the Department of Environment (DOE) Selangor on 6th March 2014. The department has no objection to the proposed development via its letter dated 21st March 2014 [(B)B 91/110/621/077 Jld 162(2)] as appended in Appendix 1 .
