Mevcut çalışma ile Türkiye’de yayılış gösteren Clitopilus (Fr. ex Rabenh.) P. Kumm. türlerinin sayısı üçe çıkmıştır. Giriş ise Türkiye’de ilk olarak Watling ve Gregory (1977) Entolomataceae familyası içerisinde sınıflandırılan tarafından tespit edilmiştir. Yeni kaydın toplandığı alan Clitopilus (Fr.:Fr.) P. Kumm. cinsine ait bireyler merkezi tipik bir ladin (Picea orientalis (L.) Peterm.) ormanı olup, veya yanal, bazen iyi gelişmiş fakat bazen pek yer yer kayın (Fagus orientalis Lipsky), fındık (Corylus gelişmemiş bir sapa ve klitosiboyit, omfalinoyit, krebitoyit avellana L.), sarı ve mor çiçekli orman gülleri de veya pleurotoyit früktifikasyon organlarına sahiptir. Mikroskobik yapıların büyüklüklerinin bazidiyomadan bir parça kesilerek 2 dakika % 5’lik belirlenebilmesi için yaklaşık 40 civarında ölçüm amonyak çözeltisi içerisinde tutulmuş, daha sonra bir yapılmıştır. Teşhisler arazi gözlemleri, mikroskobik pens yardımı ile lam üzerine alınmış ve sporlar incelemeler ve ölçüm sonuçlarının ilgili literatür ile çıkarılıncaya kadar sıkılıp bırakılmıştır. Etli kısmı 26(4): 218 (1972) pembemsi beyaz, gevşek ve su içeriği yüksek olup Clitopilus cystidiatus Hauskn. & Noordel., Öst. Z. ezilince tipik olarak pembe renge dönüşür. Pilzk. 8: 200 (1999) / Çukur unmantarı (Şekil 1-2) Bazidiyosporlar eliptik, badem şeklinde, boyuna şeritli görünümde, şeffaf, damlacıklı ve az çok köşeli Şapka 40−70 mm; grimsi beyaz, grimsi kahverengi, görünümdedir. İncelenen örnekler: Türkiye, Trabzon, Maçka, Şapka derisi hafif jelatinli, ıslandığında yapışkan; tüp Mataracı Yaylası, Göller mevkii, 40°51'22.97''K ve şeklinde ve 2−5 mikron genişliğinde uzun hücrelerden 39°37'39.21''D, 900 m, 18.09.2019, gruplar halinde, ladin oluşmuştur. Hâlbuki iki türü birbirinden ayırabilmek için Clitopilus tür sayısı yönünden dünyada orta güvenilir morfolojik farklar da mevcuttur. Şöyleki; büyüklükte ülkemizde ise küçük bir grup olarak Türkiye’de çok daha yaygın olarak bulunan C. prunulus tanınmaktadır (Kirk ark., 2008; Knudsen ve Vesterholt, sistite sahip değildir, oysa C. cystidiatus kolaylıkla 2008; Sesli ve Denchev, 2014). In a recent molecular phylogenetic study of the Entolomataceae (where this new species was included as “Rhodocybe sp.”), it has been shown that Clitopilus is nested within Rhodocybe. As a result, both genera were merged into Clitopilus sensu lato (Co-David et al. 2009). In this study, we formally describe the new species, Clitopilus byssisedoides and compare it to the other pleurotoid taxa. Material and methods The morphology was studied on dried material with standard methods, using sections mounted in either ammonia 5% or Congo red and a Leica DM1000 microscope. Noordeloos1 Key words Abstract The phylogeny of the Entolomataceae was reconstructed using three loci (RPB2, LSU and mtSSU) and, in conjunction with spore morphology (using SEM and TEM), was used to address four main systematic issues: 1) the Clitopilus monophyly of the Entolomataceae; 2) inter-generic relationships within the Entolomataceae; 3) genus delimitation Entoloma of Entolomataceae; and 4) spore evolution in the Entolomataceae. Results confirm that the Entolomataceae (Ento­ Entolomataceae loma, Rhodocybe, Clitopilus, Richoniella and Rhodogaster) is monophyletic and that the combination of pinkish Rhodocybe spore prints and spores having bumps and/or ridges formed by an epicorium is a synapomorphy for the family. Rhodogaster The Entolomataceae is made up of two sister clades: one with Clitopilus nested within Rhodocybe and another Richoniella with Richoniella and Rhodogaster nested within Entoloma. Entoloma is best retained as one genus. The smaller spore evolution genera within Entoloma s.l. are either polyphyletic or make other genera paraphyletic. Spores of the clitopiloid type are derived from rhodocyboid spores. The ancestral spore type of the Entolomataceae was either rhodocyboid or entolomatoid. Taxonomic and nomenclatural changes are made including merging Rhodocybe into Clitopilus and transferring relevant species into Clitopilus and Entoloma. Abstract: A full description is given of Clitopilus gallaecicus, a new species in section Pleurotel- loides, found in Galicia (NW Spain). Macroscopical characters are described in detail and drawings of microscopic characters of the basidiomata are presented. The differences to similar taxa of section Pleurotelloides are given. Résumé: Une description complète est donnée de Clitopilus gallaecicus, une nouvelle espèce dans la section Pleurotelloides, trouvée en Galice (nord-ouest de l'Espagne). Les caractères macro- et micros- copiques des basidiomes sont présentés et illustrés. Les différences de taxons similaires de la section Pleurotelloides sont donnés. Zusammenfassung: Eine vollständige Beschreibung von Clitopilus gallaecicus, einer neuen Art der Sektion Pleurotelloides, die in Galizien (im Nordwesten Spaniens) gefunden wurde, wird gegeben. In total, 271 species belonging to 13 genera are reported, representing roughly 18% of the known taxa worldwide. Here, Brazil (107 spp.) and Argentina (80 spp.) were the most representative countries. This list does not reflect the real diversity of Entolomataceae in Neotropics but covers only our limited and inconclusive knowledge. Key words – agarics – America – diversity Introduction Entolomataceae Kotl. & Pouzar (Agaricales, Basidiomycota) is a very rich family which includes more than 1,500 species distributed worldwide and occurring in almost every kinds of vegetation and soil (Noordeloos 1987, Co-David 2009, Noordeloos & Gates 2012). Most of its members are saprophytic, but few ectomycorrhizal species are known (Antibus et al. 1981, Noordeloos 1984, Agerer & Waller 1993). This family has been subject of several taxonomic studies around the world, mainly: Africa (Eyssartier et al. 2001, Noordeloos & Hauksnecht 2007), Asia (Manimohan et al. 1995, 2006, He et al. 2013), Europe (Noordeloos 1987, Orton 1991, Noordeloos & Morozova 2010), Oceania (Horak 1980, Gates & Noordeloos 2007, Noordeloos & Gates 2012) and North America (Baroni & Largent 1989, Horak & Desjardin 1993, Largent 1994).

Les dunes jouent aussi un rôle dans la filtration de l’eau, la recharge de la nappe phréatique, le maintien de la biodiversité, en plus de présenter un attrait culturel, récréatif et touristique. Les milieux dunaires sont très dynamiques et incluent plusieurs stades de succession végétale, passant de la plage de sable nu à la dune bordière stabilisée par l’ammophile à ligule courte, laquelle permet aussi l’établissement d’autres herbacées, d’arbustes et, éventuellement, d’arbres. Or, la survie de ces végétaux est intimement liée aux microorganismes du sol. Les champignons du sol interagissent intimement avec les racines des plantes, modifient la structure des sols, et contribuent à la décomposition de la matière organique et à la disponibilité des nutriments. Ils sont donc des acteurs clés de l’écologie des sols et contribuent à la stabilisation des dunes. Malgré cela, la diversité et la structure des communautés fongiques, ainsi que les mécanismes influençant leur dynamique écologique, demeurent relativement méconnus.

The stature of this species is robust and tricholomatoid and thus is very different from the mostly collybioid species placed in the genus. The distinctive basidiospore morphology, basidiospore histochemistry, and prolific, obvious clamp connections on all hyphae of the basidiomata place this species in Entocybe. Preliminary data on ITS sequences support this placement. Key words — Agaricales, mushrooms, North America, key to species Introduction A fair number of publications are available on systematics of the Entolomataceae Kotl. & Pouzar in North America (Atkinson 1902, 1909; Baroni 1981; Baroni & Petersen 1987; Hesler 1967; Largent 1977, 1994; numerous publications by Peck from 1872 to 1908 [see Murrill 1917 and Noordeloos 2008]; Mazzer 1976; Murrill 1917), but as yet there is no comprehensive monograph of this large and morphologically diverse group of agarics with attached lamellae and flesh-pink angular spores. Although the genus Entoloma (Fr.) P. Kumm. s.l. is much better known in Europe (Noordeloos 1992, 2004), even there new species are still being discovered (Noordeloos & Hausknecht 2000; Noordeloos & Morozova 2010).

The first part of the study is based on macromycete specimens collected from the Region in 2002-2005. As a result of field and laboratory studies, 213 species and infraspecific taxa were identified. Further specimens were collected and identified adding 81 species to the list in 2008. During the period of 2007 – 2010 we collected new specimens from the region, visited the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and compared them with the British collections. During these studies, we identified 128 new species and infraspecific taxa for the region and added them to the list. Currently, the number of species and infraspecific taxa in the list stands at 422.
