ANNUAL REPORT 2015 APCOF is a not-for-profit Trust working on issues of police accountability and governance in Africa. APCOF works at the continental, regional and national levels, and seeks to offer a methodology that strategically seeks interventions that allow for activities at one level to reinforce those at another. Domestic efforts can benefit from support at regional and continental level in their efforts to strengthen the police reform agenda.
