The meeting opened at 15.10 on Monday 26 November 2012, with Yannick Jadot (Vice-Chair) presiding.
1. Adoption of agenda INTA_OJ(2012)1126v01-00 The agenda was adopted in the form as shown in these minutes.
Two items were added after item 11:
- Vote on the decision to enter negotiations with the Council and the Commission with the aim of reaching an early second reading agreement regarding "Trade Omnibus I" proposal (2011/0039(COD).
- Exchange of views with the Commission on the state of play of the "Made-in" file (2005/0254(COD).
Item 16 "State of play of ongoing trilogue negotiations" was removed from the agenda.

6.1. Chair's announcements
- Origin Marking Regulation: To put a point on a future Committee's agenda for an exchange of views with the Commission on the issue. To adopt an Oral Question in Committee during the meeting of December 2012.
- Trade negotiations with Mercosur: To table an Oral Question to the Commission, to be presented by Political Groups.
- Public Procurement External Instrument: To decide on the calendar proposed by the Rapporteur, after the first exchange of views in Committee on 27.11.12.
- Presentation by the AFCO Rapporteur on Rule 81: To consider this issue at the Coordinators' Meeting of December.
- Duration of inter-institutional decision making on trade agreements: The Secretariat is to draft a note by the next Coordinators' Meetings.
- Attribution of points following the change of composition of groups: To re-balance the point system in order to reflect the fact that Ms.Muscardni changed group affiliation, in the following manner: EPP 51 points (10 MEPs), ECR 15 points (4 MEPs). Additionally, the report on the EU accession to the International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC), INTA/7/08168 *** 2011/0420(NLE) - Attributed to the EPP group on 20/12/2011 for 1 pt, was now attributed to the ECR group for 1 point. The EPP group will get 1 point back. These changes will be reflected only after this meeting.

Decision:
-To decide on "Women in International Trade" report at the next Coordinators' Meeting. In the meantime, to 1) check what the possibilities of having two Rapporteurs attached to the same report in this case are, and 2) to obtain more information as to the scope and content of the report.
