Adoption of agenda INTA_OJ(2012)1126v01-00 The agenda was adopted in the form as shown in these minutes. Two items were added after item 11: - Vote on the decision to enter negotiations with the Council and the Commission with the aim of reaching an early second reading agreement regarding "Trade Omnibus I" proposal (2011/0039(COD). - Exchange of views with the Commission on the state of play of the "Made-in" file (2005/0254(COD). Item 16 "State of play of ongoing trilogue negotiations" was removed from the agenda. 2. (British), on behalf of Humane Society International, bearing 22 signatures, on the Canadian Government’s recommendation in connection with a WTO mediation council concerning the enforcement of Regulation (EC) No 1007/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on trade in seal products Decision: Not to take any follow-up action and to address a respective response letter to PETI. 6.6. Monitoring groups Decision: To constitute the Monitoring Groups on Australia and New Zealand and the one on Taiwan and to activate the Monitoring Group on Chile 6.7. Own-initiative reports Decision: -To decide on "Women in International Trade" report at the next Coordinators' Meeting. In the meantime, to 1) check what the possibilities of having two Rapporteurs attached to the same report in this case are, and 2) to obtain more information as to the scope and content of the report. - To consider new proposals for INI reports at the next meeting. 6.8. Hearings Decision: To hold the hearing on Public Procurement in International Trade during the INTA meeting on 20 and 21 February 2013 and to hold the hearing on Trade in Environmental Goods during the INTA meeting on 20 and 21 March PE500.663v01-00 6/16 PV\920474EN.doc EN 6.9. Delegations Decision on new dates for delegations to USA, China and India will be taken at the next meeting. Decision: To reserve 3 slots for a Delegation to participate in the 4th WTO Aid for Trade Global Review conference in Geneva to be organised jointly with DEVE under INTA's chairmanship.
