Flat Carbon Steel April 12, 2021 Re: ArcelorMittal Dofasco Mandatory Mask Policy changes With the continuous increase in positive COVID-19 cases, higher transmission rates, various strains and recent provincial restrictions, AMD is implementing the requirement of mandatory KN95 or N95 respirators to be used when in enclosed spaces effective immediately. • Critical work where 2 meter distances cannot be maintained • Pulpit / Control Rooms • Shared Vehicles • Shared Offices and Meeting Rooms NOTE: N95s with exhalation valves are not an acceptable option All other working conditions will require employees to wear a 3ply surgical mask. We are also requiring your organization to educate and be vigilant around removal of masks for eating / drinking / breaks. Remove mask only for active eating or drinking. Keep masks on as much as possible . Our objective is to continue to support Third Parties with this ever-changing work environment during this pandemic. We hope that you will be able to implement this change immediately, but we will allow for a transition to these masks with a full implementation date of Wednesday, April 14, 2021. Our expectations from Suppliers with people on our site are: 1. Third Party employees are required to complete a daily screening prior to attending site 2. Third Party employees will now be required to wear an approved mask when accessing our plant or attending site 3. If at any point a Third-Party employee that has recently been to our site and is: a. having a COVID test; or b. been in contact with a positive COVID case; or c. displaying symptoms of COVID; or d. has traveled outside of Canada within the last 14 days To then notify Sandra Toner ([email protected]) immediately so we can ensure all contact tracing at the site is conducted and appropriate cleaning protocols are implemented. Hamilton Harbour and Watershed Fisheries Management Plan Executive Summary Introduction The Hamilton Harbour and Watershed Fisheries Management Plan (HHWFMP) provides information about the characteristics of the watershed, the state of fisheries resources, and guidance for the management of fisheries resources in the watershed. The need for the HHWFMP developed directly from successes of the Hamilton Harbour Remedial Action Plan (RAP) to restore water quality and fish habitat in Hamilton Harbour and its watershed. Hamilton Harbour is a large embayment at the western tip of Lake Ontario. The main tributaries of Hamilton Harbour include Spencer Creek, Grindstone Creek, and Red Hill Creek. The Hamilton Harbour watershed, which includes the contributing streams and creeks, covers an area of approximately 500 km2. It encompasses some of the regions most scenic and diverse landscapes: the Niagara Escarpment is a prominent physical feature, and Cootes Paradise is one of the largest and most significant coastal wetlands of Lake Ontario. Water quality in Hamilton Harbour and Cootes Paradise is the most important factor that currently limits the successful restoration of sustainable, self–reproducing native fish community. In 1987, Hamilton Harbour was officially designated as an Area of Concern (AOC) by the International Joint Commission, pursuant to the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement.

Flat Carbon Steel March 1st, 2018 To Whom It May Concern: Re: ArcelorMittal Dofasco Product Compliance with LEED® Green Building System Requirements – Recycled Content and Regional Materials We confirm that building structures and components made from ArcelorMittal Dofasco flat rolled steel comply with the Recycled Content and Regional Materials requirements outlined under the Materials and Resources key performance category of LEED® rating systems. The details of these specific contributions are outlined below. Recycled Content Recycled steel is an essential raw material for ArcelorMittal Dofasco steelmaking operations, but especially for our electric arc furnace (EAF) steelmaking stream, which uses >85% steel scrap. The sheet steel produced via EAF steelmaking is applied to a wide variety of building products, and uses an average of 24% pre-consumer scrap and 38% post-consumer scrap. These recycled content categories are defined in accordance with the terms of CAN/CSA-ISO 14021, and do not include “home scrap”, which is internally generated scrap steel from steel processing operations. Regional Materials ArcelorMittal Dofasco’s steelmaking operations are located in Hamilton, Ontario, a scrap-rich region of Canada due to the large amount of auto part production, general manufacturing and metal processing that occurs in the area, as well as the high collection rates generated from municipal “blue box” recycling programs. While it is not possible to identify the exact location from which all steel scrap is collected, we can confirm that the steel scrap used in our steelmaking operations is acquired from several recycling facilities located within 5 km of our Hamilton steel mill, which for the purpose of the LEED® green building program, is considered the raw material extraction point.

MEDIA RELEASE For Immediate Release July 16, 2021 Hamilton Public Health Services encouraging community members 12+ to get their second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine sooner HAMILTON, ON – Today, the City of Hamilton is launching an outreach campaign to contact nearly 40,000 community members who have their second dose appointments for a COVID-19 vaccine scheduled on August 29, 2021, or later at one of three local large-scale vaccine clinics (FirstOntario Centre vaccine clinic, St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s West 5th vaccine clinic and Hamilton Health Sciences’ Wellington Street vaccine clinic). To ensure these community members have strong protection against COVID-19 and the Delta variant, over the coming weeks, text message and email communications will recommend they get their second dose of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine as soon as possible, at the shortened interval of at least 28 days after their first dose. Vaccine supply continues to be readily available to meet community demand. All large-scale clinics and ArcelorMittal Dofasco employer-led vaccination clinic to offer walk-ins for second doses Starting Monday, July 19, 2021, all members of the community ages 12+ who would like a second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine are encouraged to walk-in into the St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s West 5th vaccine clinic, the Hamilton Health Sciences’ Wellington Street vaccine clinic, or the ArcelorMittal Dofasco employer-led vaccination clinic at The Centre on Barton to complete their vaccine series. An exodus of commercial retail and corporate tenancy from the core of the city left many buildings vacant. In the last decade, Hamilton’s creative community has emerged as a major force in downtown renewal, neighbourhood building, and civic engagement and pride. Our collective and textile event series Pulling Strings has grown out of this context serving as a vehicle for research and community building. Through research, projects and activities we have examined intersections of Hamilton’s industrial history, textiles, contemporary art, DIY and place among artists and craftspeople in Downtown Hamilton.
